Check-in & Check-out Time
- Check-in time is from 3:00 PM
- Check out time is by 11:00 AM
- Early check-in is upon availability. If you want to request early check-in next time, please call us after you make a reservation or put a comment on your reservation.
- We do not offer late check-out.
Check-in Age & Child Policy
- Check-in age is 18 years old and above.
- Children can not be in the pool area alone and run in the hallways. They should always be with their parents or guardians.
Reservation Policy
- In order to register at the hotels, you must be at least 18 or older.
- All guests must confirm reservations with a valid credit card.
- Upon registration, all guests who are staying in the room must be identified.
- Every registered guest is responsible for any and all damages that occur in the room, including violations of no-smoking policies.
Extra Policy
- There’s an extra fee for additional guests. Guest will be charged $20 from third adult in one room after check-in.
- If the guest shortens their stay, please notify the front desk.
- Anyone who disrupts the peace, quiet and enjoyment of any other guest will be subject to ejection without a refund. Depending on the circumstances, police will be called.
- Only a Maximum number of four occupants are permitted in a guest room. If you have guests, please use our lobby or common areas.
Damage Charge
The Best Western Derby Inn may charge additionally to cover the costs of repair or cleaning from any damages caused by guest.
Smoking/Vaping Charge
The Best Western Derby Inn is 100% smoke free hotel. We do not accept any smoking or vaping in our property. There’s $500 fine for smoking or vaping in the room.
Marijuana Is Illegal in Wisconsin
In Wisconsin, smoking marijuana is illegal. We have to report to police if we find any smoking marijuana issues. Legal action may be taken by law.
Pets Are NOT Allowed
The Best Western Derby Inn is not a pet friendly hotel. We do not accept any pets except for service animals. If there’s a pet in our property, we will charge a fee for your pet.
Service Animal Policy
We are not pet friendly hotel, but we do follow ADA requirements.
Here is the information on service animals:
You are allowed to ask only two questions of guest with service animals.
– Is your service animal required because of a disability?
– And what tasks or service is the animal trained to perform?
(Do not alter the phrasing of these questions in any way as it could be offensive or alter the intent of the question.)
Animals used only for emotional support are NOT recognized as service animals. Currently only dogs are recognized as service animals. This could possibly vary in different areas so check with your local state agency. Service animals are NOT pets and work for the convenience or safety of the guest. Do not pet, feed, or distract a service animal. Service animals cannot be in the room without the guest. Spoiled rooms may be subjected to extra cleaning fees.
