– Our front desk opens for 24 hours.
– We’re selling a bottle of water, soda, beer, chips, medicine, and even distilled water for CPAP machine at the front desk. Please ask prices to the front desk staff.
– Complimentary combs, razors, shaving foam, toothbrushes, toothpaste, sanitary pads and sewing kits are available at the front desk. - Bar
Our bar is currently closed. But it might be opened in special occasions. Our guests can use bar area for 24 hours, and we’re selling beer at the front desk. Please ask to front desk staff if you want to know about bar opening availability. - Breakfast
Our complimentary hot breakfast buffet is served daily from 6:00AM to 9:00AM at the lobby, featuring an array of hot and healthy selections. Our breakfast menu is changed every day. If you want to request Grab & Go service, please ask to front desk staff. - Pool & Hot tub
Our pool and hot tub open for 24 hours only for adults 18 and over. 7:00AM to 11:00PM is for every guest. Pool rules are posted and we ask guests to abide by these rules for their safety and the safety of other guests. An adult must be present when children under the age of 14 are in the pool area. ADA approved lifts for guests with disabilities are available. No glass or foods allowed in the pool area. - Business center
Our business center is located in the lobby, operating 24 hours a day. Services include: computer and a printer, scan services and copy services. - Back door
Our back door is for 24 hours, but guests need key card from 10:00PM to 6:00AM to use it. - Ice machine
Our ice machine is at end of the hallway on the first floor. - Guest laundry
Our laundry room for the guest is on at end of the hallway on the second floor. It’s coin-operated washers and dryers, and guests can change quarters at the front desk. Also, if you need laundry soap, we’re selling it at the front desk.
EV Charging
The Best Western Derby Inn has EV chargers at the parking lot nearby back door. There’s extra fee for charging. Please ask to front desk for the service.
Extra Amenities
Pack and plays are complimentary. Please make your request with the front desk to have them delivered to your room. We also provide extra pillows, blankets or keycards without any extra fee.
In-room Features
For your convenience we have provided within your room a flat screen television, microwave, refrigerator, iron, ironing board, coffee maker, hair dryer, clock radio and charging cubies.
WIFI
The Best Western Derby Inn offers complimentary Wi-Fi to all our guests. If you would like to access the Wi-Fi, please select the “DerbyInn-Guest” network. Then you will be required to enter the password which is on the keycard cover. If you have any trouble connecting to the wireless internet, please contact the front desk for support. Also, please check our terms and conditions of internet use.

Wake-up Call
All rooms offer a clock radio which is equipped with an alarm clock. If you would prefer, wake-up calls can be scheduled through front desk by dialing “0” on your in-room telephone.
Credit arrangements & Deposit policy
- The Best Western Derby Inn honors the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We only accept chip cards, no prepaid credit cards.
- Our property allows debit card as well. Due to authorization issue with it, we charge total amount of guest’s stay upon arrival. Please check debit card advisory at the front desk.
- If guest’s reservation is through third party, and if the guest only has a debit card for any incidentals, we have $100 for security deposit.
Housekeeping
Housekeeping service is provided to our guests daily. For additional services or amenities, please ask to front desk staff. If you don’t need any housekeeping services during your stay, please put the “Privacy Please” sign on your door.
Thermostat
Guest can use heat and air-conditioning unit or set room temperature with thermostat on the wall.
